Have a scalable business idea but don’t know where to start?
Join us for this introductory workshop that provides a general overview of the Business Model Canvas (BMC), originally proposed by Alexander Osterwalder. Our facilitators will guide you through each section of the BMC and will provide relevant examples as well as answer questions along the way. You’ll walk away with a further understanding of how to use the BMC as well as a draft copy for your own idea.
This session is perfect for those with:
- An idea looking to validate the business potential
- A tech enabled, scalable startup (pre-incorporation or incorporated)
- A startup in need of a business model canvas “tune up”
Registration fee includes dinner, a hard copy of the Business Model Canvas and all of the supplies needed to complete your canvas.
This workshop is ideal for ideation and conception stage entrepreneurs who are launching a scalable, high growth-oriented tech-enabled startup. It’s not intended for small business owners, consultants or service providers.
